Philosophy

I am a firm believer in the power of community, a romantic trickster at heart, and an audio enthusiast. I see my role in assisting people to be more at “home“ within themselves. This can happen in the shape of an art project, a political or cultural discourse, video and audio documentation, yoga asana practice and meditation – similar to Beuys‘ concept of the social sculpture.

In my coaching and consulting practice I work from an approach of mindfulness. My practice builds on my academic experience in media and performance studies, as well as my professional experience in radio, film and theater production, as intercultural art project manager, and yoga teacher.

What is CCYCC?

For international and unconventional minds, CCYCC – Coaching, Culture, Yoga, Consulting, Community offers a space to reinvent yourself, transcending the limitations of the past. CCYCC supports you to harness your creativity, so that you can fully live up to your intuitive voice. Learn how to freely swim with big or small fish. Together we draw from the well.

CCYCC offers its services in English and German to address a variety of topics regarding your personal development. From relationships, conflicts, career goals & re-orientation, life challenges, letting go of memories and belief systems that hold us back, and for expats or returning ones in finding their “home“, we look together at your resources and strengths, in order to integrate and transform them – always keeping in mind your hidden needs that lie behind an issue.

I support my clients in feeling, recognizing and living their vision. I assist you in coming into deeper contact with yourself: to be touched in your most inner self, your humanness, in order to become aware of your soul’s purpose so that you become courageous enough to live this inner plan.

Away from the need of self-representation, competition and type A fixation, I offer my presence, support and wide set of resources – be it Job, Yoga or Personal Development Coaching; Strategic and Career Consulting; Intercultural Art & Project Management; or Community Organizing. I accompany and guide my clients in their personal journey, helping them to find back to their source, garner their strengths, combined with self-respect, self-trust and self-love.

Prior I have been working as a Research Associate at Berlin’s Akademie der Künste (AdK) in charge of the project development & management of the discursive programming for the exhibition project UNCERTAIN STATES – Artistic Strategies in States of Emergency, as well as the international conference series COLONIAL REPERCUSSIONS.
